I don’t know for sure when I made this music. I think it was made w/some Koan software endorsed by Brian Eno circa 1995 that I found I still had. I did doodle this sometime around 2005 or 6. I just found it tonight in a stack of dusty CD-ROMs that I was going through trying to determine to keep them or recycle. This one I’ll keep.
I don’t think it’s necessarily a great thing, but I do enjoy listening to it and I hope you do too. It kind of sounds like something for the end-titles of a B-grade Sci-Fi movie from the late 70s or something. Maybe a little like Carl Sagan Lite: A little light electronica, free to keep.
It’s not often that I decide to noodle with music myself. I usually leave that to the experts. Sometimes, though, I just have to dip the tip of my big toe in and test the waters.
I hope as you listen to it you are, too, unphased by the moon.
