This might be a DIM exclusive. Airport ’77 makes, or made, catchy edgy pop raised on Big Star and Teenage Fanclub. Arthur, the guitarist and vocalist here, is a good friend of my girlfriend. When presented with this CD a couple of years ago, two songs in particular stood out: Skinny Ass Six-Foot Tall and In A Minute. Arthur’s said it’s okay to post them here and so I have. I really think you’ll like these free mp3s. Maybe we can convince Arthur to dust off the mothballs and resurrect Airport ’77. In the meantime, enjoy the mp3s attached to this posting!
